Absolutely brilliant service from Tom today! He came out to my home to check and connect my temperature transceiver. Upon arrival, he quickly identified it only needed a simple battery replacement. He kindly also inspected my kitchen hob and sorted the issue with just a gentle adjustment. Surprisingly, he refused to charge any labour or call-out fees at all. Tom is incredibly honest, thoughtful and professional. I’m really grateful and will absolutely book him first for all future heating and home repair work. Wholeheartedly recommend!
